Each item is custom-made specifically for you. When you place an order, we create the product individually to ensure the highest quality. 

Please note that we do not operate on holidays recognized by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses. 

Once your order has left our warehouse, if you request a forwarding or redirection from the final mile carrier, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. 

USPS may deliver to P.O. Boxes; however, other carriers typically leave packages in accessible areas like your front porch, door, or garage. We recommend retrieving your packages promptly to prevent theft. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for orders lost due to mail theft.
